the hostel at bern was a pleasant surprise. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and recommended great activities. the breakfast was fresh and the vibe was cozy. definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at Hostel 77 for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The spacious room and amazing bathroom were real highlights. The breakfast provided was one of the best I've ever had at a hostel, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The cleanliness of the entire hostel was impressive, and the location, just 100m away from the bus stop, was extremely convenient. The staff were friendly, offering helpful suggestions, and the free travel pass was a great bonus. Strongly recommended!

As a solo traveler, I really liked that bedclothes were provided and placed on the bed. the lockers available in the room and on the floor were also very convenient. the breakfast offered a nice variety of options including yogurt, fruit, cornflakes, bread, different types of cheese and cold cuts, as well as a toaster and coffee machine. the provision of a public transport ticket for the duration of my stay was a great bonus.

had an amazing weekend trip in bern and decided to stay at 77 again. the staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the free breakfast was a delicious bonus. loved all the amenities available for use. definitely coming back!

loved my stay at this hostel! it was even better than my previous visit to bern - everything was clean, staff were friendly and i enjoyed the free transportation passes. the comfortable room and excellent breakfast were definitely highlights. will definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing New Year experience at this hostel! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Plus, I loved that they provided a ticket for free public transportation, which made getting around the city so easy. The location was also great, with convenient bus stops right outside the door and a grocery store within walking distance.

While the overall experience was fantastic, I did find that the atmosphere had a bit of a "skyscraper feeling" and lacked the cozy vibe of a traditional hostel. It felt more like a business complex than a hostel.

The showers were amazing, no need to keep pressing the button every few seconds! The common area was fantastic with a pool table, table football, and a terrace with a BBQ and hammock. The free breakfast was great, and they even had gluten-free bread available. The location was convenient with a free bus every 10 minutes to the center.

That the hostel was a bit far from the city center to walk, but they provided free transportation tickets for the public transport system.
